type. Dip your foot in water and place it on any flat surface. Look at the
imprint compare it to the images to the right - you should have one of the 3
most common arch types.

Normal feet
have a medium arch, where the foot lands on the outside of the heel, and then
rolls slightly inward (pronates) to absorb shock. |

High arches
can be either rigid where the foot rolls outward too much (underpronates),
functioning as an ineffective shock absorber, or flexible where the foot rolls
inward too much. |

Flexible
feet(often called flat feet) have a low, overly flexible arch that
flattens or rolls inward too much (overpronates). |
