Foot Wetness - Foot Perspiration
If you suffer from excess foot
perspiration, foot wetness that leaves you with wet socks and shoes, you may be
suffering from hyperhidrosis.
Hyperhidrosis is a condition characterized by excess sweating in the hands,
feet, armpits and/or groin region.
It is important to keep your feet cool, to keep perspiration away from the

How can I get relief from the excess foot wetness?
Relieve the wetness discomfort from hyperhidrosis:
- Keep your feet clean and dry
- Shower regularly with anti-bacterial soap
- Use foot powders and sprays designed to keep feet dry
- Change your shoes and socks often
- Rotate your shoes (especially athletic shoes)
- Use removable insoles that can be changed frequently
- Wear sandals during warm weather
- Wear socks that specifically provide cool comfort
Recently, doctors have started using Botox to curb hyperhidrosis wetness
symptoms. According to WebMD.com, some people have found that one Botox
treatment can provide up to a years relief from excessive sweating.
